Today I posted my latest (and fourth) contribution to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's "HealthFlock" blog, titled "Healthcare's Greatest Promise: Consumer Empowerment + Technological Advances." It's all about the rising cost of healthcare and the need for employees to take health into their own hands by taking preventative measures and being proactive about their health.
